衞生：5分。設施：5分。環境：5分。服務4分。服務扣1分，是因為酒店要收按金，這是我這麼多年用攜程訂酒店以來碰到的第2家，這兩家都在恩施州，上一家是巴東縣的一家四星級酒店，我因此給它家扣了0.5分。我對這家扣1分，是因為這是一家經濟型酒店，應該沒有什麼貴重物品供顧客拿走的。現在已經普遍不收按金的大背景下還這麼做的話，會影響顧客心情的，因為這個做法的前提設定是，顧客是會順走酒店物品的“壞人”。

我們從外地國慶節專程來恩施旅遊的，本來想着國慶節酒店價格暴漲，沒想到來了這家酒店超預期，價格2百多，而且就在市中心，距離我們去的梭布埡石林，土司城等幾個景點非常方便，旁邊是九立方廣場，就餐購物很方便，本次行程玩的很開心，恩施很美，未來可期，值得大家不遠千里去感受她的美。

服務：前台和做衞生的美女們都非常不錯，有求必應，每天還送水果拼盤，
環境：酒店環境很好，在江邊，出行很方便，幾分鐘就到九立方和工人文化宮廣場。
