The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and also really helpful. I think her name was Vanessa? But tell her I said thanks a lot. I really appreciated the professionalism!

Reserved a king size bed and arrived around 7 or 8 at night and was told there were no more king beds available. Only single queens when we got to the room and laid down it was very clear it was not a queen but a full size bed. The bed was too soft we were trying to sleep but if we rolled over the other would wake up with how worn out it was. Had to ask for a crib for our 2 yr old daughter and was great as a metal Frame crib could be. Shower pressure was terrible if you have thick hair suggest bringing your own head. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand cream was all Dove brand and smelt really good.
