Hotel Jean Moët

The location was perfect! The staff was wonderful and helpful! The room was comfortable and had everything we could have needed! The breakfast was delicious, do not skip adding it!

This hotel is a great location. short walk to train station. easy walk to all the major champagne houses. the rooms are very clean. Nuxe luxury shampoo. real hair dryer. breakfast is very good. eggs cooked to order. basket of yogurt and pastries. cheese and meat plate. fresh squeezed orange juice. this hotel, like most in Eurpoe sets the temperature for the whole hotel. it was too warm for my liking (heat was on) but when i cracked a window, someone nearby had a fireplace going or something, so i couldn't leave it open without smelling smoke. also, email and ask which rooms are on the top floor if you want to sleep in. I'm and early riser, but the stair creak a lot, so you'll hear it if you are on a lower floor. overall a good pick and i would totally stay here again.

Outstanding hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean and large. The service and the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The location was perfect we were close to everything in town.

We had a fabulous three nights stay at the Hotel Jean Moet in Épernay. The location is terrific. It’s right near the train station, plenty of places to eat close by, and it’s very close to all the champagne houses.. it’s very easy to get an Uber to visit any not in the town. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, arranging tours, making recommendations and providing an excellent breakfast..

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Epernay - walk to everything and just steps away from the Avenue de Champagne. Extremely comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Yummy breakfast and really nice staff. We would definitely stay at Hotel Jean Moët again!
