This newly renovated single family home is situated in the heart of Ephrata with craft breweries around the corner, the Lititz rail trail only a few blocks away, and you’ll be walking distance to all of the charm of the downtown Main Street. At our property you’ll find 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have a fully equipped kitchen for long or short stays. Our dual coffee machine will make you fresh drip coffee as well as K-cups. Our living room features a large 42” smart TV, wonderful window seat and a vintage green couch! Right around the corner you’ll find another large bathroom outfitted with a shower and 2-person sauna. Our full bathroom is a few steps away from our downstairs bedroom with a gorgeous rattan queen size bed, large dresser, and smart TV. As you go upstairs you’ll find two sunlight filled bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom features a large window seat perfect for catching up on your favorite book or relaxing before heading out to see some horse and buggies! This bedroom also has a designated work space, large closet, and access to the balcony to use as you please. The other queen bedroom features a large closet, dresser, and smart TV. Lastly, the third bedroom upstairs features a gorgeous gold trundle bed with two twin mattresses.
