Maison di Fiore B&B

This was the first place we stayed at on our Italian road trip and what a start. From arrival to departure the staff were so helpful and professional whilst being approachable and courteous. Thanks to Rosa our waitress. The location is great for Herculaneum and we also took the local train into Naples. We were aided by a paid taxi service provided by Nicolo. The house and its gardens are impeccable and the rooms have a high class design to them. Breakfasts provided at your preferred time outside your own room was plentiful and fresh. The food served , we ate here one evening was delicious and if you want conversation both brothers were on hand to offer advice and just " have a chat". We continue our road trip and can only hope that the next accommodation we stay at can somewhere meet the standards provided here. Would highly recommend.

Clean rooms, with cleaning service everyday. The owners very kind and helpfull. The yard fantastic and an incredible view of the volcano while swimming in the pool! Very close to Napoli and to Pompei with a car around 10 -15 minutes. The only thing i would add would be a window for natural light to make it even better. Thank you very much!

Where do I even begin! I would give Jacopo and Niccoló 20/10 if I could. These two guys are the friendliest, most genuine hosts I have ever met, always smiling. They are on hand for whatever you need and we had many lovely chats with them. They were even so kind to check in with me when they saw I was a bit upset about a personal matter. Niccoló is happy to drive you to various locations (for a fee) and in his own words, he is faster than Uber!! One morning we didn't leave enough time to get the train to Pompeii and he was more than happy to jump in the car and take us there. The location is absolutely idyllic and felt like something from a film. A beautiful pool and garden area with a view of Vesuvius and the most stunning sunsets over the bay of Naples. Everywhere is absolutely spotless and decorated in a fresh and modern style. The garden is full of butterflies, I also saw a dragonfly buzzing around. Not to mention the adorable little birds who come and have a quick dip in the pool every now and then! Breakfast was delicious, served on the room terrace with lovely coffee and ample pastries/freshly baked cakes. Jacopo and Niccoló's Mum also can make a delicious bruscetta style lunch on request - the best tomatoes I've ever tasted and buffalo mozzarella. We really enjoyed the apperitivo by the pool too. (Breakfast is included but there is a fee for other extras - however, this is so handy if you don't want to go elsewhere for food or drink!) My favourite holiday ever and I really hope to go back!

Fresh accommodation, good location near Vesuvius, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff who elegantly solve all questions and problems. View towards Vesuvius in one direction and out to sea in the other.
