Erenhot Hotels with Airport pickup service

An old hotel very close to the Guomen Scenic Area. The architectural style is very grand, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We went on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The front desk manager upgraded our room for free. Erenhot is a border city that you want to visit again!

Instead of arriving on the same day of the booking I came to the hotel in the morning next day. A call ensured that they'd prepared and kept my room with a smooth check-in. The stay, however, comes for a deposit of a whopping 200 RMB. Unfortunately I had to discover later on, that there was a massive turd of **** neatly placed on the bedsheets, leaving a brown ring of wet sauce around it. Upon reclamation, the service desk replaced the bedsheet without further explanation, and let me stay in the same room despite the obvious smell and potential emotional damage : ) The paper in the bathroom was wrinkled from wetness and had a yellowish tint to it, which where it might have come from I will leave to imagination.

The room is big, the bed is big, and it is not crowded to sleep with children. The hotel is very close to the national border, there is a big park around it, and there is a place to eat downstairs. We specially tried the ice-cooked lamb.

This is the 14th day of being away from home. This place is really suitable for families. The room is new, big and clean. The bed sheets, quilt covers and towels are all new. The kitchen utensils are basically all there. It is very convenient to make breakfast. There is also a large refrigerator to store things. It is pet-friendly. For our team with families, it is really great. After being away for a long time, I bought some supplies and they can be sent first. The courier did not arrive. The boss was more anxious than us. He responded to every request and responded super quickly. He also provided us with a very detailed travel guide. The recommended restaurant is very authentic and delicious. The experience is great. I also bought a lot of specialties in the supermarket, which is cheaper than tb. Seeing that we love to drink coffee, he also gave us a few packs to try. He is very enthusiastic. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to those who are coming to Erenhot. It was my first time visiting Erenhot to do shopping and I chose this hotel as it was a recently opened brand new hotel. Indeed, the bedsheets, the towels were all new, the bathroom, the lights, the curtains, they are are all smart! The hotel interior is awesome! And I gotta say, I really loved the amenities. Omg the hair dryer was something I have never experienced before. I wanted to buy that brand of hairdryer for myself too. Oh and you gotta wake up early to have full breakfast, otherwise it gets finished and the kitchen don’t refill them. I forgot to take more pictures, but you can see them in their page. The hotel gives snacks every evening, oh so thoughtful 😍❤️
