Our family of 19, (three generations) went to the Mothers’ Day Sunday lunch event. The whole occasion was delightful. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing. A lovely touch was a beautiful rose plant gift given all the mums. A fabulous day to remember.

Myself and my Mum went to Morley Hayes for the Mothers Day prosecco breakfast. It was absolutely beautiful, the venue is lovely the food was delicious today. The two waitresses that looked after us (twins) were so lovely and a credit to Morley Hayes, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be coming again, thank you.

Today the 26th of March must have been a bad day for Customer service The food as ever was excellent but the lack of good service was sadly lacking The vacated tables around us in the End Bar took a good half hour to clear and clean away ...most unusual. No one asked if our meals were OK and had a long wait to try and settle our Bill Obviously Andrew wasn't around as this would never happen usually We have been dining and drinking here for many years and felt I should leave these comments sadly.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal after a family funeral.All the meals were delicious and enjoyed by everyone - 11 very happy and satisfied customers. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Stephanie who served our food. She was attentive and professional.

Morley Hayes has upped the game! Went with friends, I like the new way they do things now. Get shown to your table, and table service rather than queuing at the bar is a much better system. The food was fabulous highly recommend the baked salmon cooked to perfection. The sundaes are delicious I had the lemon and blueberry absolutely fabulous. Had a great evening, staff always attentive and pleasant can’t wait to go back New chef maybe? I don’t know but whatever they’ve done it’s working. Highly recommended

From the very first moment of stepping into reception we were greeted with a professional and personable welcome. The rooms were spacious immaculately presented and the bed marshmallow comfortable (perfect for us). Everything you needed was accessible in your room including the choice of room service. We were at a celebration with friends and the venue again didn’t disappoint. Beautifully decorated, delicious food and cake and fabulous service from both the waiting staff and bar staff. Breakfast was delicious, (evidently good products used), cooked superbly and well presented. The staff were on point with tea and coffee and were delightful. Can honestly say this was great value and worth every penny. Would have no problem recommending friends to stay. Restores your faith in customer service from the hospitality industry, quality and 100% satisfaction

Although we were 15 mins late, we had a lovely welcome and showed to our table. The food was great …. My steak was cooked to perfection. I forgot to order a side of peas but when I asked they came in less than a minute The crunchie cheesecake is sumptuous Great place to eat at…. The staff are friendly and very helpful
