The hotel is about 10 minutes from the main train station in the pedestrian zone. I had a kind of apartment room. Reception and service were very friendly. Breakfast was good to very good. I would be happy to come back. The price is reasonable.

We had a renovated room in the main building, clean, adequate furnishings, everything very tidy for the price category. Nice location if you want to explore the old town in the evening, pubs etc. everything is within walking distance. Friendly service at check-in and check-out. Negative: €15 for the breakfast buffet per person, it's better and cheaper in the surrounding cafes, which is why we did it. Unfortunately, no parking space can be booked.

Im vorraus direkt beim Hotel gebucht, dadurch zwanzig Euro mehr bezahlt als bei der Anreise. Frühstück war laut Bichungsbestätigung inbegriffen für 36€. Bei der Ankunft wollte das Hotel dann 70€(!) mehr berechnen, und Frühstück für zwei Kinder für Erwachsene verlangen. Dann wollten sie den Fehler des Buchungssystems wie beim Basar zur Hälfte draufschlagen. Respektlos und unangenehm. Wurde noch nie so behandelt!

Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, auch wenn ein paar Details mich gestört haben: - es gab keine Klimaanlage, sodass ich mein Zimmer nicht kühlen konnte. Das war ein echtes Problem, weil es sich tagsüber extrem aufgeheizt hatte. - im Flur meines Zimmers war statt eines Lichtschalters ein Bewegungsmelder installiert, der ständig nachts das Licht eingeschaltet hat ... das muss denke ich nicht sein. Dafür war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ziemlich gut.

Sehr netter Empfang, feine Zimmer, großes Bad, schönes Bett mit wunderbarer Matratze, vielfältiges, auch vegetarisches Frühstück... Nicht weit von sehenswerter Innenstadt und schönem Bräuhäus entfernt. Waren sehr zufrieden. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
