We were given two rooms, both had a funky smell (the children’s room was the worst, it was completely unbearable but we managed to get another room for them). The rooms and bathrooms were clean enough but there are silverfish running around on the bathroom floor when you turn on the lights at night… Despite the low price it’s not worth the hassle, would rather pay 50 eur more for a higher standard. Will not return!

Good hotel for short stay. Decent room for a good price. We had a wheelchair and they gave us an accessible room with large bathroom. The hotel is near the autobahn. Perfectly located to spend the night and continue your journey in the morning. They offer breakfast. Supermarket and bakery is a few hundred meters down the street.

The receptionist was a lovely person and super professional, so a good start there. The room was clean and tidy and the shower was great. So no complaints. It would be nice if they offerred a breakfast option to early starters, I couldn't even get a coffee leaving at 05:30.

Very good for short stop when driving. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from the motorway exit and very easy to find. It’s located in an industrial estate/ business park type area. The room was functional with everything you need and was clean and in good condition. We stayed at an Ibis Budget in Belgium the next night and it was a lot more basic. B&B was a much better room. It was also good value at €66 for the room and €8.50pp for breakfast which was surprisingly decent. When you think that you pay €4 for a coffee in a motorway petrol station it’s not a bad deal. Yes, traffic noise can be heard from the rooms facing the motorway but with the windows closed it was not loud at all. I would definitely return next time driving this way.

The B&B Hotel in Erlangen-Süd has very clean rooms with air conditioning/heating and a very large flat-screen TV. There was nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Everything was very clean. Toiletries such as shower gel were also available. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The rooms can only be opened with a number code and are therefore very safe. The windows are soundproofed as the hotel is right next to the A73. With the window closed you can't hear any noise from the motorway. The staff were very nice and friendly as well as helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, but is not served until 7:30 a.m. However, the staff were able to accommodate my request for an earlier breakfast (7 a.m.). Very nice and clean breakfast room and lounge. No 24-hour reception; however, you can check in at the machine around the clock. Credit card payment is possible. There are also various drinks and candy machines. Very large and free parking lot directly in front of the hotel. There are even parking spaces for coaches and trucks. The B&B Hotel Erlangen even offers several charging stations for electric cars on the same property. The hotel is wheelchair accessible. No stairs at the hotel entrance; there is also an elevator. The hotel has very good long-distance connections as it is located directly on the A73. Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance or just around the corner. Public transport (bus) is also around the corner. However, sights in Nuremberg or Erlangen, museums, churches, city center, etc. cannot be reached on foot from the hotel. Would stay there again. Highly recommended hotel.
