Location is perfect for the main railway station ,shops restaurants etc for its location it was pretty quiet not the cleanest place I've stayed just poor cleaning it could improve greatly with little effort

The stay experience was average.
We were only given 01 towel for 02 guests.
The remote was not functional.
Tooth brush and paste was not given.
The walls were not painted.
The bedsheets were also shabby.

They didn't provide even drinking water. They kept 1 litre water bottle in room, after that they didn't provide extra drinking water.Then, we asked hot water for children but,they didn't provide hot water for drinking.

The stay was good.Excellent room, clean and spacious.Hotel is situated nearer to railway station.Other transport facilities are good too.Best restaurants near to the hotel.Metro station is walking distance to
the hotel.Best thing about this hotel was convenient location.

Our stay is safe and secure but one thing that I want to notice is that while booking I had given a remark that check out will be late but the front office guy is demanding additional money while check out. Hencebi hav to pay 500 extra. So please consider anything written in remarks otherwise pls give a reply that is not acceptable

I had a great experience staying at The South Gate Residency. The room was very spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Cleanliness was also good—the room and bathroom.
