Hotel Is Not Prepared for Foreign Corporate Groups* Our corporate group stayed for 8 nights in December 2025. While the room, shower, and hot water were satisfactory, the overall experience was stressful due to poor organization, lack of anticipation of our needs, ineffective communication, and consistently unreliable Wi-Fi. Buffet Menu & Dining Experience* Despite repeated advance communication regarding serious dietary restrictions among our executives, the hotel was unprepared upon our arrival, requiring multiple follow-ups. On the second day, I was provided a special menu and informed by the FO Manager that it would take effect immediately, which I communicated to my colleagues. The Chef later advised that it would not be available until the third day. This lack of coordination caused unnecessary frustration and could have been avoided with clearer internal communication. Additionally, despite sharing advanced suggestions for including a variety of Indian dishes, the buffet menu remained fixed to the hotel’s standard offerings. This resulted in repeated feedback from our team, particularly regarding the lack of vegetarian protein options such as daal, rotis, and other Indian staples. We also had to repeatedly request that coffee breaks be set up in advance rather than requiring individual orders. These needs should have been anticipated before our arrival, not addressed only after repeated reminders. A few days later, the Executive Chef thoughtfully suggested adding Filipino dishes after noticing low participation from our Filipino colleagues, which we genuinely appreciated. Room Keys* The hotel did not anticipate the need for at least two room keys per room (or one per guest). Although the issue was eventually resolved, we were told we had to wait until after Sunday due to the supplier being closed. This should have been planned before our arrival. Wi-Fi Speed* The Wi-Fi was a major and ongoing issue. Our team runs travel operations completely online, and the poor connection severely disrupted our work. Despite multiple reports and complaints, the issue was never resolved. During nighttime operations, we were unable to book flights for clients, resulting in delayed responses and client complaints. This had a direct impact on our business. Event Venue & Equipment* Each time our program began, we had to call IT or the banquet staff for basic support, such as microphones, projectors, or Wi-Fi. These setups should have been prepared and checked in advance each day. The repeated need to request support was unnecessary and time-consuming. Water Request* On my last day, I requested bottled water, which never arrived. I even messaged the manager, but the request was seemingly ignored. I eventually had to leave the hotel and purchase water myself. Ice Pack Incident* The most frustrating incident involved our CEO. He requested that an ice pack be placed in the freezer the night before his departure, as it was needed to keep his medication cool

We had a great stay at Coral reef. Rooms and breakfast were awesome. Their staff were very accomodating and helpful. We will visit this hotel again if we ever visit Kochi.

The stay was refreshing amidst popular eateries in Kochi. Recommending this place to anyone who wants to explore the city.

It was ok, bedding are not very clean. It should be clean room ac should be bit cooler break fast was good hotel is clean no Issues on that
