Hotel Span International

had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Span International, especially considering I paid ₹3,400 for the room. When I checked in, the room did not have basic toiletries like shower gel, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. I had to call the staff, and only after asking did they bring them. Even then, the quality was very poor. There was no drinking glass in the room. When I called reception, they brought a glass after about 15 minutes, but it was very dirty. I showed this to the room boy; he took the glass away and returned with the same glass, washed but not cleaned properly and not polished at all. This was unacceptable. The room itself was not well maintained and not properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was another bad experience. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:30 AM, but when I went at 9:35 AM, almost all food items were already finished. I was able to get only one item. I asked for tea, and they served cold tea. Even after asking again for hot tea, the service was careless. During checkout, the receptionist asked me to pay an extra ₹600 for breakfast, even though my booking clearly included breakfast (booked through Trip.com). Only after I showed my booking receipt did they realize their mistake. Overall, this hotel does not provide value for money, lacks cleanliness, and has poor service management. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless they improve their maintenance, hygiene, and customer service significantly.
