The location of the hotel is in the centre of Kochi city, very near to Local bus, metro train and not far from water Metro and big shops and food centres. The room was spacious with a good view. But faced some problems . The kettle’s thermostat was not working as such the whole kettle including the handle got heated up. The kettle replaced had the same problem. The soap liquid near shower was empty. The new system to turn on and off the lights was not simple to operate. Faced some issue with air conditioner (cooling ) problem . But the staff was courteous and prompt to attend the problems.

Disappointing Experience at Gokulam Park Hotel, Kaloor I stayed at Gokulam Park Hotel, Kaloor, with my wife and faced a terrible experience. The bathroom in our room was clogged, and the smell was unbearable. I informed the reception at midnight, but their response was highly disappointing—they said they would repair it at that time, which was unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they initially refused to change our room. After a heated argument, they reluctantly gave us a room with twin beds, claiming no other rooms were available. However, when I mentioned escalating the issue on social media, they suddenly found a room with a king bed. This kind of service and handling of guests' concerns is unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputed hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and room maintenance.

My stay at gokulam park was not a good one due to poor quality of room and toilet. Even the tv was not working properly.

The property is in prime location with all amenities. My stay here was very pleasant. The staffs were very courteous. Breakfast was good but variety needs to improve. Otherwise overall stay was very good.
