Worst experience, service is not good, they said hot water available at 5:30 am to 11 am but also not available hot water, room is average

When i asked for hot water, they brought a water heating coil and gave it to me. I sent it back. No hot water in the morning 7 am to 10 am also, there is no light in bathroom, tv also not working, only location is very close to metro station and railway station and very near to restourent veg and non veg both.
