Hotel is an old model hotel, and standard renovation done. Well maintained, clean and neat rooms, linen& toilets. Staff very supportive. Secured and safe for stay for families. Sufficient basement parking. Value for money @ in a posh locality_m. G road

Room service was very bad. The staff didn't even give us water to drink even though we requested them. The bed was full of bed bugs.

I have booked a double bed room/twin room for 3 adults and one child. The double bed mentioned is actually two single beds attached together and one extra mattress provided for third member who shall sleep on the floor itself. Booking allowed 4 guests but it's not possible to accommodate more than two adults. The specification shall be modified in the app in order to avoid confusion to the customer. Coming into staff's behaviour, i rated it below average. When i asked for clarification regarding the third person with us they are not ready to solve our issue and also hesitate to speak. We asked for an extra mattress and we waited long to get the mattress.

Hotel Srinivas was located in an excellent central area of cochin. The property management was prompt in service even when called at odd hours. The room was tidy with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was very spacious. Hot water was readily available. Overall for the price it is an excellent option.
