⸻ We had one of the best experiences during our holiday. The service was exceptional, with special recognition to Restaurant Manager Prathwish and staff member Sreekuttan for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The food was of excellent quality — from the beef, fish, and egg dishes to the wide selection of breads, each item offered a unique and memorable taste. The desserts were also remarkable, with every option being consistently impressive. Ends with tea, coffee and green tea. Overall, it was a truly delightful dining experience that we would highly recommend.

My family stayed at The Gokul hotel adjoining the convention centre for 2 nights. The amnesties at the hotel was excellent and my family enjoyed our stay. The warm,friendly front desk staff were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The team comprising of Mr Midhun , Bibil , Michael & Ms steena were extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a reasonable hotel at Kaloor

We recently hosted a group of 25 guests at Gokulam on a busy Saturday evening, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience from start to finish. Securing a table for a large party at 9 PM on a Saturday is no small feat, yet the restaurant accommodated us seamlessly. Our host, Ms. Nandini, was exceptional — attentive, warm, and proactive in ensuring all of our needs were met throughout the evening. Her hospitality made the entire visit feel effortless. The buffet spread was a standout highlight. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, and the presentation was thoughtful. What particularly pleased us was the positive feedback from our international guests — a group of visitors from Germany — who genuinely enjoyed the food and commented favorably on both the flavors and the overall dining experience. For a buffet setting, that kind of cross-cultural appeal is a testament to the kitchen's skill. Gokulam strikes the right balance between quality, value, and service, making it an ideal choice for both intimate gatherings and larger group events. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable dining experience in Ernakulam. I visited the restaurant today with friends and family. Vishnu VN and team were excellent. The food was nice and hospitality exemplary. The place is highly recommended.
