I booked this a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We were arriving on his birthday and I had let the hotel know. We had an excellent room up on the 6th floor, room 633 with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Great sunrises every morning. Such a peaceful room with no outside or inside noise. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The meals had a variety and never had to wait for a table or seat. Didn't use the swimming pool or pool area at all, rather crowded being the school holidays but we enjoyed adventures exploring the island. The hotel for us was just a base. A great swap box at the bottom of the stairs and also books.
Overall a wonderful stay.

We’ve just had a fabulous holiday in the Invisa Ereso with the Imserso scheme. I don’t know where to start! The staff were absolutely amazing. Every one of them would go out of their way for you with no exceptions! Cleaners, bar staff, kitchen waiters and cooks, reception….honestly they couldn’t do enough. The food was lovely too, always meat or fish cooked on the plancha in front of you and served with a smile. Didn’t want to mention anyone in particular but I have to say that I wanted to take Fernando home with me but my husband wouldn’t let me! His smile would light up a room. Every member of staff should give themselves a pat on the back for exceeding our expectations. Muchas gracias. Tom and Jill.

Myself and my husband just returned from a week at this hotel and we really enjoyed ourselves. Check in was smooth and we were pleased with our room - it was clean and also quiet as we weren’t overlooking it be pool or roads We found the food good and varied each day. Some things were a bit hit and miss but we always found something we liked and certainly were never hungry. We did go out to eat one evening for a change of scenery which was nice. The drinks are good and all of the staff work so hard. We can’t really comment on the entertainment but what we saw wasn’t our cup of tea (however I do commend the enthusiasm and work ethic of the animation team as they really do their best!) Most of our evenings were spent in Es Canar among the bars, we especially enjoyed Charlie’s bar which is only a 5 minute walk away for live music and some cheesy tribute acts. We also found another bar (I forget the name but it was very close to Charlie’s) which did 4 large glasses of Sangria for €6 during their happy hour which was a bargain. Overall we did enjoy our week, but would say this hotel does feel like a 3*. Also we didn’t feel like it was best suited for a couple in their 30s as it’s mostly geared towards families and older people.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Food varied and always excellent, Ideally situated for shops, beach, public transport, ferry. Evening entertainment very good, tribute acts etc, very clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Would i go again? Yes without a doubt

When we first arrived I have to admit I thought I had made a massive mistake and was dreading my 10 night stay, I have just booked to go back next June. Staff are fantastic, each and everyone of them including the entertainment team who probably got bored of me saying no as I don't take part in daytime activities, just not for me. the room we got was very basic and couldn't use the balcony as directly over the main road, ( booked a poolside view this time), the food is really good and the dining experience really isn't as bad as some people have said. great location as near all bars and restaurants, it's a 3 star, expect a 3 star but a good one, we had a great holiday and as i said will be back next year.

Just returned from a fantastic 4 night stay in the Ereso. Our flight was delayed and we checked in late. We had a lovely welcome by Juan. Provided a bag with snacks, sandwiches and drink on arrival, which we were so grateful for. The hotel is lovely. Clean and well located for the local beach, bars and restaurants. We didn’t eat much at the hotel, but we had planned not to do this prior to our holiday. Breakfast was really tasty. Plenty of sun beds available through the whole day. We preferred the quieter pool up the steps. We would absolutely stay here again. Throughly enjoyed.

Our 3rd visit to this hotel and my husband’s happy place. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel and all staff are so attentive. Special shout out to my friend Rafa- more ice please lol. 😜 Also the lifeguard - nothing was too much for this guy who all day helped people to be comfortable whilst sitting around the pool. Animation team work so hard too alongside the cleaners and restaurant staff. No doubt we will back next year Thanks Ereso for another great stay ☺️
