S´Estancia Suites

We chose this hotel for its location, its design and the glowing rating/reviews on Google about the establishment and its welcoming staff. During our stay, we were able to note and appreciate all the positive points noted by other vacationers. The hotel conforms to the various photos that can be found, the cleanliness in the room and in the common areas (swimming pool, etc.) is impeccable. The following two points exceeded our expectations in terms of services: - Qualitative breakfast with different offerings every morning. - Home. Attentive staff, always jovial and sensitive to the well-being of their residents. A big thank you to Leon, always ready to help and give advice to make the most of this beautiful island. He was able to take our stay into another dimension with his addresses of places to visit and his restaurants (we went to El Chivito, Martin was not there but his hermanos :-) very nice too). A big thank you also to the other man at reception who welcomed us when we arrived (I don't know his first name unfortunately but he will recognize himself). Friendly and empathetic, particularly with regard to a problem independent of the hotel that we encountered (rental vehicle, etc.). To conclude, definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in! We will remember it for a long time and will try to come back to it
