overpriced tourist trap! run by an english woman who treats badly local workers, and is rude to local moroccan guests. looks good in some photos only, real life lacks class or style, no taste at all. too much going on in a cramped space. really strange contrast in design of cheap touristic hostel and what tries to appear as fancy boutique hotel . typical tasteless British mish-mash of copied culture. food was no good, plenty better places to eat and to sleep! Don't bother

Such a brilliant atmosphere here! The tiny steps up to the roof bar are a little tricky for anyone less able but it’s worth the steady climb. Food marvellous, waiters entertaining and breathtaking views over the wild ocean. The live music was excellent and when it got dark the little lights and lanterns lit up our tables. It can be windy also take a jumper for the evening but they also provide blankets at the tables.

We had an amazing stay in Salut Maroc! We can not thank enough to the staff members, they did everything for us, each of them was truly helpful, polite, kind and always smiling. The room was beautiful, large and very comfy. We visited the rooftop bar for dinner and for breakfast as well and both were breathaking. Food was tasty and fresh and the service was excellent! We would be so happy to return in the future, highly recommended hotel!

The riad was absolutely beautiful with some of the best views in Essaoira.the staff in particular Racheda were amazing with my son and couldn’t have been any more professional and friendly!the breakfast was really nice Moroccan hospitality at its finest.thank you salute maroc for all the memories❤️

The welcome was so lovely to start with and what a beautiful Riad in a really easy to find location in medina near the sea wall. Lively and colourful place yet relaxing and had its own ambience. Massive Thankyou to all the staff especially Rachida who was such a beautiful person who my son took a shine too. We could not find him for the whole of our stay 😃 he was with Rachida 🥰 . The rooftop was spectacular with live music and great food. Thankyou for a great stay we will definitely be back.

This place was stunning , every corner was a gem. We stayed in Morocco for 2 weeks visiting 5 cities and our time at Salut Maroc was the highlight of our trip. Special thank you to Rachida and the rest of the staff whose attention to detail and welcoming demeanour made our trip one to remember! They made us feel so special, can’t wait to be back! Saturday night entertainment with Amin kamal was amazing especially with the view at the rooftop restaurant!

It was the best welcoming place ! The guest relation manager Rachida made our stay amazing. AbdelJalil helped us as well to organise our trips and visits. Unfortunate that the drinks are that expensive and the service too slow…
