Good accommodation for a weekend visiting Christmas markets. Well located, 5 mins walk to railway station and 10 mins walk to 1st market. Stayed in a family room. Beds comfortable, rooms very warm and clean. Staff very friendly. Would be happy to stay again.

Booked the hotel via the hotel website instead of a hotel booking site. The hotel website clearly states that the prices include breakfast. However, this is not the case, breakfast is missing. For 12 euros more per person this is possible. A fine hotel but go for the lowest price

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war nicht so leise wie angekündigt. Die Parkplatzsituation war wegen der Baustelle vor dem Haus ungenügend. Die Tiefgarage ist von der Deckenhöhe von 1.6 m wirklich extrem niedrig und mit 10 EUR mMn. deutlich zu teuer.

Selbst wenn man vom Alter und Zustand des Hotels hinweg sieht, meine Mindestansprüche an einem Hotel sind Sauberkeit. - Die fehlte hier schlichtweg. Auch bekam zwar eine neue Matratze auf Anfragen, aber es war auch die Reinigung in der Woche teils sehr mangelhaft. ( Haare auf dem Kissen, - die garantiert nicht von mir stammten-, fragwürdige Flecken an Wenden und Decken sowie ein gammeliger Geruch) Von den scharen an Ratten die sich bei meiner Ankunft im Innenhof tummelten, will ich gar nicht erzählen. Die waren fast so fettig und dreckig wie die Tische beim Frühstück. Leider sieht mich dieses Hotel nicht wieder.
