"No any tea, coffee and mug inside the room; the reception lady is quite cold to refuse to check in at 12:00 inspite I discussed with her politely, just repeated to check at 15:00 ; the worst thing is I cant park my car inside the hotel garage or parking lots, but in the public one, then I need walk 10 minutes to take my heavy luggages...

"The waiters are polarized in the two episodes, either extremely enthusiastic or extremely indifferent. The underground parking lot was not extremely crowded, but the charging stations were all broken (the attendant said they sometimes worked and sometimes didn't), which is very consistent with the style of Germany - unreliable."
