The hotel is very new, very clean, and the location is very good. It is a 7-minute drive and a 20-minute walk from the central train station. The service at the front desk is too slow, there are not enough waiters, and the waiting time is very long.

There is no kettle in the rooms, which should actually be part of the standard equipment.
If the reception is only manned by one person, hotel guests waiting for a drink at the bar are ignored and not served. I think that's a shame considering the price and the hotel itself is quite nice.
