The hotel is still under construction, which may explain the lack of a dedicated page here in Trip Advisor. We recommend avoiding it. We stayed in Room 001, which was nothing like the photos on the website. The room is narrow and long, with a bed that’s too short for two adults. Additionally, it had a strong unpleasant odour. To make matters worse, we chose this hotel hoping for a peaceful morning, only to be jolted awake by construction noise right outside the entrance door of the hotel . The lack of sound insulation was frustrating, as well as the light poured in through gaps in the door frame. I understand the buildings need maintenance, but why not start after the check out? Or better still, be honest and advise before hand about the construction works so, I can decide whether this is still a possibility for me or not. To be fair, the only positive aspect was the shower. Overall, this place feels like a tourist trap. Look for accommodations elsewhere.

Tres dias llamando mañana tarde y noche , para poder hacer el checkin, sin conseguir un código para poder acceder al hotel ..mal , mal organizado ...si no quieren poner personal en el hotel..por lo menos que atiendan y resuelvan correctamente por teléfono.

He reservado una noche en la habitación con jacuzzi, he pagado 108 euros fuera de temporada y me encuentro con un techo lleno de humedad… y una habitación en un estado lamentable No se lo aconsejo a nadie. No es normal que se pueda proponer una habitación en una estado así

Edificio bien situado de habitaciones , donde cada uno realiza su check-in en una máquina ubicada en la entrada ( también hay un teléfono de contacto ) . Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y te permite realizar entradas y salidas por Estella sin ningún problema . Las puertas de cada habitación resuenan en todo el edificio cada vez que se cierran (_ deberían mirar esto )

Mala atencion online. La habitacion que me asignaron olia a tabaco que apestaba. El servicio de limpieza no ventiló previamente la habitacion. La habitacion suelos y plato de la ducha sucios. Horroroso.

La ubicación es fantástica, en una calle peatonal del centro histórico. La habitación estaba decorada con gusto y las camas eran cómodas, aunque la separación entre la habitación y el baño es de cristal opaco, así que entra la luz y puede despertar al otro. Llegamos casi a las tres y no estaba lista la habitación. Llevábamos caminando toda la mañana y fue molesto no poder darnos una ducha al llegar. No había nadie en recepción a quién preguntar.

- Fuimos para las fiestas de Estella pero que déception!! Entramos en la habitación había pelos morenos largos en el suelo, no había limpieza porque estaba sucia! - Los ruidos en el hotel, mal insonorizado!! No podíamos dormir, la gente hablan fuerte, tocan a la puerta, se oie todo… !! - la ducha pequeña y todo el agua salía pa fuera! En fin, nunca más escogeremos este “hotel” un poco caro para lo que es!

Superado el momento de interactuar con las máquinas hasta disponer de la correspondiente habitación, todo perfecto. La planta baja dispone de espacios para dejar las bicicletas y máquinas de vending para salir de un apuro. Las habitaciones disponen de todo lo imprescindible para darse una buena ducha y descansar plácidamente. Las habitaciones son sencillas, modernas, están limpias e incluyen una caja fuerte. Situados en un lugar sin ruidos, donde se puede descansar y recuperar las fuerzas para afrontar una intensa jornada. Fantástico.
