La habitación superior y el desayuno buffet estan muy bien, la única pega es que la forma / lugar para realizar el check in es un poco estraña y que una persona de la limpieza nos abrió la puerta de la habitación estando nosotros dentro al poco rato de llegar.

Experiencia terrible. La llegada ya fue un poco desordenada, pero lo mejor vino después. Subimos a la habitación y olía extremadamente a ambientador, al principio puede parecer un detalle correcto pero cuando llevábamos dos minutos en la habitación ya nos dimos cuenta que el hecho de que hubiese ambientadores en todas partes es porque el lavabo despedía una olor insoportable. Estando en la habitación, le dieron nuestra llave a otra pareja por error (el desorden de recepción dio sus frutos). Comentamos la posibilidad de cambiar de habitación, pero resultó imposible. En resumen: Mal servicio, instalaciones muy antiguas, limpieza cuestionable… no volveremos nunca más.

Hotel muy cómodo en el centro de Esterri. Moderno y amplio. Buena comida, y sobre todo, muy buen trato del personal, en especial del matrimonio que lo regenta. Sin duda uno de los mejores del Pallars. Recomendable 100%. Ah!!! Y pets friendly.

Todo bastante bien, habitación bastante nueva y confortables, colchón muy cómodo, todo muy bien. Lo único un poco justo es el personal, 2 personas para el desayuno es un poco escaso, las chicas ponen voluntad son espabiladas, pero no llegan, por lo menos en fin de semana.El bar cerrado si quieres un café hay que ir a la fonda, pero todo bien

Buscaba un hotel que admitieran mascotas y este tiene este servicio, la habitación amplia con balcón, limpia y cómoda, solo una pega la calefacción muy baja, no se estaba muy caliente, por lo demas bastante bien, el desayuno muy correcto y el servicio también, volveria sin dudarlo.
