Top it all off with views of Prospect Mountain and you have the perfect Rocky Mountain retreat. From this home it is just a short walk into the Town of Estes Park and an easy 1.5 mile drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The main level great room has a gas fireplace to gather at with river and mountain views all around...no artwork needed on these walls! This is simply the ideal family gathering place with its adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. Gaze out to take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky, river and mountain views!! From the great room you can step out to a fantastic deck to enjoy excellent mountain views along with the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River! Take it all in while enjoying a cup of morning coffee, evening glass of wine, reading a good book or cooking dinner on the gas grill! The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level. Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep. Also on the main level is a powder room, laundry area and 2 car garage. A second family room is located in the lower level along with 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. From this level you can walk-out onto the patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thomson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! And a BONUS.....enjoy the AIR CONDITIONING (a rarity for homes in Estes Park!) on those hot summer days!!!! As our guest you will enjoy access to HOA-shared common fishing areas along the Big Thompson river. Wildlife sightings abound with frequent visits from elk, deer, wild turkeys and even an occasional bobcat. Need we go on... we think that Mulligan's Lodge is perfect in every way... not just another vacation rental but a perfect mountain home! **The rentals for this home are managed by Mark and Sue Werder (aka Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals) who live just a few miles away and are available to assist you with your stay! ** ** The occupancy for this home is 8 total if at least 2 are children or 6 total if all adults. The 8 total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager. No weddings or other group events** ** Please note that the fire pit at Mulligan's Lodge is NOT part of this rental due to safey concern for threat of wildfire** **Our cancellation policy is stated below. If you have any concern that you (or someone traveling with you) will not able to come because of possible future medical reasons (including Covid) and/or for some other reason then we suggest that you take out a trip insurance plan that would cover that potential situation. **This home is located in a Firewise certified community. No smoking anywhere in or around this home and/or anywhere on the HOA shared grounds.
