The whole hotel is very large, the location of the room is also very good, the front is the pool view is very good, is very much bugs at night, overall the environment is great, very recommended this hotel!

The location is a bit remote but the service is very good. There are two swimming pools in the hotel that you can use freely. There are waiters at the front desk 24 hours a day, so you don’t have to worry about there being no customer service staff.

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and the staff very friendly. The room is spacious and has everything, the only thing missing is a plug in the bathroom.

Fantastic value as always, and now they are opening a bar restaurant in the premises making things even better. The free shuttle between the accommodation and Gramacho and Pinta courses is so valuable. Staff incredible as always, there isn’t a better value golf package available, and i travel toEurope to play golf 6 times a year, twice a year to here. all the courses are in great condition, there is another on the way, construction almost finished expected to open for bookings spring 2026. Cant recommend the residences and Pestana high enough

I stayed here recently on a short golfing holiday with my son. The staff were all very pleasant and informative, and the hotel and rooms were all very clean. The rooms, although not luxurious, have everything you need whilst on holiday, including a kitchen if you feel like cooking. The resort is very quiet but a little remote if you like to go out in the evening and a car is essential, although a 10 euro uber taxi will get you into Carvoeiro.

When we arrived at our villa the heating was not switched on and we were unable to make it work. Later a maintenance man arrived and got the heating working but it was still very cold. The bedding was inadequate and we had to sleep with our clothes and sweaters on. The next day when we returned from playing golf the temperature had risen to 18 degrees. The bedrooms and the sitting room were still very cold. We asked for floor heaters but were told that none were available. By the third day the temperature had risen to 20 degrees, still cold but bearable. I have written three emails to Pestana to complain but their reception say that they are too busy to reply. An email to management also remains unanswered. Avoid this place, they do not know how to treat their paying customers.
