Wonderful place to relax and rehabilitation. Will definitely come back for more next year.area is huge,never gets bored during my whole stay there. I absolutely loved it.use their sauna and try the fish.

Прекрасное расположение. Бесплатный подъем на высоту 960. Номер на двоих хороший, чистый, очень удобная кровать, хорошая шумоизоляция, но лишь одно кресло и отсутствуют чайные ложечки. Уборка ежедневная. Завтрак хороший. Персонал приветливый.

ROOMS: spacious and clean. Good-size bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony. Every room is equipped with a safe, fridge, bathrobes and slippers. Vanity kit is upon request. LOCATION: next to the lift to mountains, 45min drive from the airport. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. FOOD: good breakfast included. There is restaurant on site, where you order smth with a help of room service. Dishes are good, prices as well. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, spa, small store with snacks and soda in a reception area. Ice upon request. STAFF: polite and friendly

This chain 4* hotel is located in the mountain village of Esto-Sadok on Krasnaya Polyana near the beginning of the cable car station 540. For the period of stay, you can climb one station up to 960. Around a large number of cafes and restaurants. There is a large underground car park. The spa area must be booked in advance. Good size room with comfortable bed and large LCD TV. There is an additional sofa and a table with a chair. In the bathroom - two sets of three towels + towels on the floor, good cosmetics - shampoo, shower gel, body milk, soap and shower caps. A good breakfast - vegetables and fruits, meat and cheese cuts, egg porridge, stew or turkey, sausages, there are pastries. One of the best breakfasts I've seen in 4* hotels lately. You can stay with pets here! In general, an excellent hotel in Krasnaya Polyana.

Read before you book!! The hotel was extremely disappointing. The advantages are the location, nice staff and breakfast. But the disadvantages completely crossed out. The main disadvantage is the rusty water from the shower, which makes it impossible to wash in. No matter how much you drain it (we waited 15 minutes), it still comes out brown from rust. The administration does not react to this in any way, except to say - drain the water. This is not what you expect from a hotel for that kind of money, where you essentially can’t take a shower after skiing. There is no lobby as such in the hotel; it looks more like a small front door in a house. The elevators are extremely slow. There is a sauna, but strictly by appointment, we couldn’t get in at a reasonable hour. But all these are small things compared to the rusty water from the taps, which is impossible to wash under! For that kind of money there are plenty of other decent options within walking distance from the ski lifts. Avoid this place! (I invite the administration to respond)
