The hotel is super, located right next to the cable car, plus there is a transfer every 30 minutes. Parking is free. The rooms are clean, large, cleaning every day and changing towels and accessories. Breakfasts are 10 out of 10. The hotel has a spa area with saunas and a swimming pool, massage chairs, children's rooms and entertainment. We liked everything very much, we will come back again!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. Good service, nice breakfast, very clean. Staff extremely friendly. We highly recommend this hotel well located!.Ask a room with view on the mountain .We did not use the spa but it he swimming pool is of decent size. Also nearly no cars around a very peaceful place

Good hotel, excellent service, no complaints. The only thing not entirely clear is the participation of the hotel in the Accor loyalty program. After staying at Panorama, there are no changes in the member's balance in the "reward points" and "status points" sections. Perhaps this is due to the sanctions, I do not know. There was the same question about the Moscow Mercure at the beginning of August. But it seems to me that the client should be warned about this before booking.
