Great hotel with great service! Have spend 10 days with my family. Thanks to Manager Ali, his recommendations and support, we have two connected rooms with great view on mountains. Perfect breakfast, kids room, swimming pool.
P.S.
you should know that not all rooms have balcony and it’s not mentioned in Trip.com. So it’s better to check in advance if you need this option.

Не рекомендую этот отель. Уровень сервиса крайне низкий, проблемы с уборкой номеров и коммуникацией с гостями. Впечатление от поездки было испорчено совершенно. Приезжали вместе с гостем из другой страны, а ему дали номер с грязным унитазом, не поменянными наволочками с волосами, липкими поверхностями и тд. Менеджер решать вопросы с гостями не умеет. Больше ни ногой. Из хорошего - завтрак. Это даже рядом не уровень сервиса Риксоса.

The best experience ever. I can only highly recommend it. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Very exclusive experience and time. Very clean, service and facilities are of exceptional quality and standard. Restaurant and food was also excellent.

Хорошее место, сервис, все прекрасно, но состояние например полотенцесушителя оставляет желать лучшего, подтеки и на полу. Я бы уже сейчас начинала такие мелочи чинить, чтобы потом это не обернулось потерей привлекательности. Завтраки/обеды и ужины отличные, отношение персонала вне конкуренции

Великолепный отель, замечаний нет. Все, от расположения, интерьеров, услуг, обслуживания- на самом высоком уровне. Мы получили истинное удовольствие от проживания в этом отеле. Большое спасибо команде отеля, поздравили даже с прошедшим днем рождения (был накануне) . Брали улучшенный стандарт с видом во двор. Номер очень большой с зоной для работы (элегантным письменном столом) , с большим окном, из которого открывался отличный вид на симпатичные здания Поляны 960 и на горы. СПА-центр большой с массой приятных услуг, брала процедуру флоатинг- необычно, прикольно, спала велилепно, что и обещали. Бассейн с шикарным видом на горы. Завтраки отличные, опять же с потрясающими видами. Подьемники в шаговой доступности, очень удобно спуститься вниз на 540 там погулять и подняться на 2200 , покататься или посидеть в ресторанчике, бистро на высоте. В отеле есть услуга "Чем заняться", удобно- брали билеты в хаски-центр и прогулку на квадрациклах (на посадку у Новотеля довезли на электрокаре бесплатно). Благодаря отелю мы получили шикарный, спокойный, комфортный , интересный отдых и эстетическое удовольствие. Благодарим! Мы вернемся!

Настолько удивительно хорошо, что аж непривычно! Не перестаю восторгаться инфраструктурой курорта и отеля, работой команды, от младших сотрудников до начальства Каждая просьба исполняется с важными уточняющими вопросами и в срок, ресепшен всегда интересуется проживанием Отдельное спасибо администратору Матвею и консьержу Эдуарду за учтивость и внимание к деталям! Зимой точно вернемся именно сюда
