I came here to rest, and it was exactly what I needed. The hotel is very quiet and calm, with beautiful mountain views all around. The room was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I really liked the spa and wellness area the pool, saunas, and massages were amazing. The food at the restaurant was healthy and tasty, and the staff were always polite and helpful. It’s a great place to relax, breathe fresh air, and take a break from the city. I left feeling happy and refreshed. Would love to come back again.

Pros: Perfect location, just 20 meters from ski room to the lift, also access to night (7 to 10 pm skiing), ski passes available at reception. Room was spacious and clean, well equipped. Selection of 10 pillows, from ortho to herbal offered free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, in restaurant and cleaning. Really well equipped medical center on first two floors on the hotel with focus on physiotherapist. I took 4 anti allergic baths and 4 mud treatments for my junctions and was charged only 120 euro for all. Cons: Pool area is too crowdy and noisy to relax. Food is quite average, choice is poor and lines are not properly organised.

Влюбилась с первого взгляда) Внимательный, отзывчивый и очень приветливый персонал, на ресепшн, в ресторане, в медцентре, в номере, очень доброжелательная атмосфера) прекрасный номер, есть всё необходимое, очень чисто, свежее бельё, полотенца, уборка каждый день, вода, чай, все средства в ванной всё пополняется ежедневно) Питание замечательное, у нас был завтрак и ужин. Всё ооочень свежее и вкусное! На любой вкус, есть блюда без глютена, на альтернативном молоке, овощи, фрукты, яблоки запечённые с корицей очень вкусные) смузи, десерты, вкусная слабосолёная рыбка, разные гарниры, мясо в разных вариантах, вкусный чай и кофе) Анимация на высоте, спасибо ребятам аниматорам, веселые и внимательные, ребенок доволен, был занят весь день. Разные активности, интересные мастер-классы, есть мероприятия и для взрослых. На каждый день своя программа, есть бесплатные и платные занятия, очень полезные и интересные. В термальном комплексе тоже с удовольствием отдыхали, бассейн и сауны, всё чистенько, вкусный травяной чай. Воспользовались медицинскими услугами, ванны, ингаляции, массаж, капельницы, тут ооочень большое разнообразие процедур, лечебных и косметических, разные оздоровительные программы, можно пройти полное обследование. Рекомендую! Для ребятишек есть квест котика бегемотика, выполнив 10 заданий, можно обменять заполненный квест на игрушку котик-бегемотик, ребенок в восторге) Много ещё всего здесь интересного и замечательного! Однозначно вернусь, и не раз! И буду рекомендовать всем!) Не хочется уезжать! Спасибо большое всей команде Rosa Springs за мой замечательный отпуск!!! Успехов вам и процветания!!!

Замечательный отель, вкусные завтраки и ужин, большой выбор, хорошее качество продуктов. Номера большие, уютные, прекрасный вид на горы. В номере капсульная кофемашина. Особого внимания заслуживает зона СПА. Чистота везде. Отель сделал комплимент в честь дня рождения. Проживание было комфортным. Спасибо большое!!!

Провели замечательные выходные в Rosa Springs! В предыдущие свои заезды не успевали посетить СПА, что с удовольствием исправили в этот раз: наплавались, погрелись в хамаме. В поездках с ребенком нам удобен формат питания "шведский стол", чтобы сын самостоятельно и точно выбрал то, что ему по вкусу, поэтому мы были рады воспользоваться этой возможностью здесь. Еда вкусная, свежая, разнообразная. Минеральная водичка - приятный бонус) В номерах каждый раз было чисто и свежо. В эту поездку нам комплиментарно дали номер с балконом и заселили пораньше. Так как отель в последнее время особенно позиционирует себя, как семейный, было бы приятно увидеть в ванной комнате номера табуреточку для детей, на которую можно встать. Ну и халатик детский хотелось бы, чтобы был.

Отель находиться в очень живописном месте, на высоте 1100 км. Номер уютный с красивым видом на горы, в номере есть кофе машина. Питание по шведской системе в ресторане очень разнообразное, много фруктов, овощей, выпечки. Есть бювет с минеральной водичкой. также шикарный хамам и бассейн.

Прекрасный отель с панорамным видом на горы на высоте 1100м. Номера просторные и уютные. Хороший СПА комплекс с 4-мя видами бань и бассейном. Понравилось наличие травяной бани. Есть чайные станции и бювет с минеральной водой в лобби. Приветливый персонал. Спасибо за отличный отдых и гостеприимство!

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом прекрасном отеле! На ресепшн девочки такие милые и приветливые, все рассказали, сориентировали Из номера был красивый вид на горы, на балконе пили кофе и наслаждались) Сам номер шикарный, приятно находиться , чисто и уютно Хочется отметить вкусные завтраки, зону СПА и программу мероприятий Нам удалось сходить на ароматерапию, делали скраб для тела с добавлением понравившихся эфиров✨ Спасибо за такой чудесный отдых от суеты и забот , мы вернёмся ещё!
