Я бывала во многих отелях,но такого сервиса как здесь не видела.Предоставляли все необходимое,номера свежие, чистые, просторные.Убирались в комнате супер чисто.На ресепшене были очень приятные сотрудники.Светлана,Юлия и Юрий(надеюсь всех правильно написала),вам огромное спасибо, вы супер приятные!В следующий приезд обязательно выберу этот отель.Отдыхали с большой компании и все такого мнения 🫶🏼

Всем доброго времени суток, отдыхали в отеле в конце сентября, хороший четырёхзвёздочный отель с очень удобным расположением в центре курорта Эсто садок, жили во 2 корпусе, номер стандарт оснащён всем необходимым ( халаты и тапочки- удобно при посещении спа) достойные завтраки, доброжелательный персонал. Отель рекомендую- хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Спасибо.

Остались очень довольны обслуживанием, отзывчивый персонал. Номер, у нас был комфорт+, оснащён всем необходимым чистый, уборку осуществляют каждый день. Отличное СПА, отдыхали с семьёй ребёнку 6 лет, были предоставлены детские тапочки и халат. Разнообразное и вкусное меню у завтрака.

Из всех отелей, где бывали, этот отель самый лучший. Сервис на высоте - персонал очень внимательный Особенно стоит отметить администратора Юлию!!! Номера просторные, вид из окон моего номера был на горы. Верю в то, что ваш уровень сервиса останется навсегда таким Наивысшим!!!🌸

Гостиница не тянет даже на 2 звезды. Были с 9 по 13 января 2025 Номера комфорт+ В номерах удаве матрасы, не возможно нормально спать. В первую же ночь сообщили об этом администратору, пришли и положили поверх тоненький матрас, который все время съезжал. Уборка: полотенце для ног забрали и больше не приносили чистое. Вообще странно, что 1 полотенце для рук и 1 для ног. И вишенкой на торте стали ТАРАКАНЫ, множество, которое разгуливает по еде на завтрак и в номерах. Сотрудники разводят руками и говорят, что не могут ничем помочь.

Отмечали день рождение дочери. Было очень круто все: персонал, номера, завтраки и СПА. Мы обязательно вернемся! Отдельное спасибо всему персоналу отеля и ресторана за поздравление именинницы!!! Рекомендую отель для семейного проживания.
