There was a bit of a mix-up at the beginning — we booked a different type of room than the one we received. However, it was resolved very quickly, and we were compensated in every way. The staff was very kind and friendly, the hotel is in a great location, and the food was delicious with a huge variety to choose from. The playroom is more than amazing — even parents can enjoy themselves there. The hotel doesn’t have its own spa, but you can walk over to the neighboring one in a bathrobe, which wasn’t a problem at all. There’s a changing room there too, so even with two kids, we managed just fine. All in all, it’s a fantastic place, and we’ll definitely come back again — I just hope the quality stays the same.

The accommodation was far under the four stars. The restaurant was permamently closed! The service at the bar was ok, but it closes early. The whole feeling was like a cheap hotel in texas! The hotel is deffinately overrated and over priced!

This place had the narrowest bed and duvet I have ever had to try to sleep on. And I mainly failed. I don't understand this, the room was very spacious, plenty of space a decent sized bed. Also, there was no desk - in a predominantly business hotel. Why?

The hotel has been recently refurbished, it is clean and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is excellent, and there are various dish choices if you are vegan. There is a kids menu as well. The staff is both friendly and polite. Opposite the hotel there is a spa, which is great if you are staying with children.

The kitchen is closed and under expectations. The services are max one star. I would not recommend at all. Not to mention the surrounding area. The city has no programs. Childs are not welcome. We spent only 10 minutes for a coffee and a cup of bed tee

Returned yesterday and our 3 day stay was amazing. Food, service, ammenities, staff friendliness. Check in was quick, cot was waiting in the room. Room is modern, clean and very well sized. Beds are comfy with selection of pillows. We had kids with us and playtime level on -1 is fantastic for all ages. Waterpark across the road including in price. We had breakfast and dinner included and food was very tasty. all staff very polite and helpfull. will come back.

Strongly recommended. Definitely best hotel in the region. Nice and new, with big rooms. One side has views of the basilica. Good breakfast and excellent service from reception. Free access to the Aquasziget (baths) and secure parking in the basement.
