Prettiest hotel I have ever been to! Food was excellent! The sauna and gym were great! Hotel was peaceful and beautiful! Clean and comfortable bed! Might be abit far from tourist attractions but there is a bus stop right outside!

The front desk service was very friendly and there was no discrimination. The hotel room is big enough, the decoration is very exotic, and you can see the scenery when you open the window. There is heating and the breakfast is quite rich. The only downside is that there is only one treadmill in the gym, and the other facilities are all without power. In addition, there is a paint smell in the corridor, and I dare not enter the sauna room because it is a mixed nude sauna for men and women.

If you are going to Salzburg, Austria, I highly recommend staying here. It is a really great hotel with a great mix of city and nature, and you can experience a traditional Austrian hotel.
