What a great park to stay at. The week passed to quick. Our cabin was very adequate with plenty of room and the outside, under roof BBQ area was a top idea. Beds were very comfy and the cabin was spotless and well equiped. The staff were very obliging and helpful without any hassle. The shopping was a short walk and well presented with all the shops a traveller would want. Evans Head is a beautiful part of oz and should be visited. We will be back, thank you Reflections. Cheers

Very clean and well equipped cabins, Easy to explore and sightsee by walking, Amazing the amount of work and beautification that has been done to area along the river side, The early wartime and fishing history of such a small community is quite interesting. The view from the lookout is worth the uphill walk,

This Park should win an award for tidiness. The grounds were immaculate and the amenities very clean. Rubbish disposal and recycling was made very easy. The staff were lovely on arrival too. Places to eat were within walking distance. The only downside for us were the flying foxes. But beyond anyone's control. We would stay again but select a site further away from the roosting trees.

Only good thing about this place was the location, staff not friendly or helpful. After hours number is completely pointless they don’t answer or call back or reply texts. Someone had done a poo in the ladies shower and I called no return call and the poo remained there for 6 hours before It was even cleaned up the bathroom stunk while trying to shower and took a shower away as you couldn’t use that one. The camp sites are small and the neighbours we got weren’t respectful with noise at all or their language choices. Nothing for the kids to do; old run down play ground

Bunch of con artists with exorbitant fees & no refunds even with 40 days notice in low season. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS Run down facilities, unclean & even better youre not going to get a refund. Even if you booked for an off season weekend & give them over 30 or 40 days notice

beware of their cancellation policy and their refusal to accept unforeseen medical problems as a reason to cancel. I have corresponded with them twice to consider a change of heart concerning my cancellation but have not been dignifed with a response.

We stayed in a cabin in the dog friendly park. Our cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. An easy walk to the front beach, town and the surf club. It was not as full as their other park so was more relaxing. However there was no river or sea view. This didn’t bother us as it was so easy to access either. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some sights horrible, and at the price charged simply not worth the money. Reflections group own all caravan park sites in Evans Head as they do at Brunswick Heads so competition is non existent. Evans Head is a prety spot with limited things to do, which suits many people, good place for kids though. However we will NOT be back.
