beware of their cancellation policy and their refusal to accept unforeseen medical problems as a reason to cancel. I have corresponded with them twice to consider a change of heart concerning my cancellation but have not been dignifed with a response.

We stayed in a cabin in the dog friendly park. Our cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. An easy walk to the front beach, town and the surf club. It was not as full as their other park so was more relaxing. However there was no river or sea view. This didn’t bother us as it was so easy to access either. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some sights horrible, and at the price charged simply not worth the money. Reflections group own all caravan park sites in Evans Head as they do at Brunswick Heads so competition is non existent. Evans Head is a prety spot with limited things to do, which suits many people, good place for kids though. However we will NOT be back.

I find it unfair as not told when I booked that had to pay 60 days out of my booking Most places you pay on arrival As not in my budget to pay early so they keep your deposit when I didn’t even cancel they did Knowing full well they will book my spot I find them a greedy company making money off people. I wouldn’t be the only one. I will never book a holiday with this company again. I urge people to be very cautious. Will never recommend to anyone Now have to try to find somewhere else to go with limited funds and definitely will make sure it never happens again

We paid a premium for what was described as a premium site. Double what we’ve paid elsewhere. It had no slab or even mesh matt, just dirt. There was nothing premium about our site. Very disappointing. Facilities and service was okay but nothing to write home about it.

We loved everything about the caravan park & Evans Head itself! Facilities were excellent, park was manicured & not too busy. Big sites, restaurants & clubs nearby. Could walk everywhere. Bush walks & beaches were spectacular! Thankyou!

A large and well laid out park with everything you need for either a short or long stay. The amenities are clean, the laundry has everything and there are plenty of clothes lines as well. It was good to see that the clothes lines were over concrete and not dirt or sand. The sites are a good size and you don’t feel like that you are hemmed in altogether

Friendly staff, reasonable sized park with variety of full shade, part shade or no shade sites. Amenities clean good hot water pressure. Can walk to Evans Head shops, restaurant nearby and cafe, walk to tavern. Lovely area. Reasonable stay, but a bit pricey for a tent site without the member discount.
