"The perfect casino hotel. The room was spacious and gorgeous with amazing amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the room. Unfortunately, I was double charged at check out, although it was fixed later on."

"The hotel facilities are great, it is a family suite, there are kitchen utensils available, very convenient! There is also a small pool where children like to go swimming. There is free parking. The breakfast is Western-style, you can bake two waffles by yourself, and then eat some fruit, and a cup of coffee is basically OK. The hotel is about a ten minute drive from downtown downtown and is ideal for self-drive tours. Five stars recommended."

"It was ok .I noticed room had some loose items. Pool out of service. Back door by the pool did not open with key card. The cookie shuttle buses park in the front parking lot near entrance. They should park on the side parking lot instead of the front. The front should be for guests. The cookies were very delicious. Staff gave us a blanket tied up with a ribbon. Very thoughtful and detailed. Thank you"

"Excellent location with the good transportation system in Boston to reach the entire city including the airport. Stop 3 min. Good, varied breakfast. Good facilities with gym and heated pool, long hours. Fatal services: they do not clean or make the room during the first 3 nights of your stay and you have to request in advance that they do it for the 4th and/or successive nights. Well equipped and comfortable rooms. Excessive price even though it is USA. Reception staff... not bland, the following... and in a city where the Spanish language predominates, they don't speak it. The bar and room staff almost all speak English and Spanish, in addition to their kindness... Perhaps they should exchange salaries and functions from one another and the hotel would improve remarkably."

"The hotel is very convenient to the subway station. Oh yeah, no need to worry about getting wet in the rain. When I went to Boston on a business trip, it happened to be caught in a storm, but the hotel had umbrellas to borrow, although the umbrella was blown off later, hahahaha"

"The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the station. There is a free parking space in front of the hotel. If it is full and there is a parking lot next to it, it will cost 12 US dollars a day. The room is not big but has complete facilities for simple cooking. Clean every two days. There are Trader Joe's and outlets across the bridge, restaurants, and a small shopping district nearby. Very convenient choice."
