Delta Hotels Seattle Everett

This hotel has a real problem with management. We stayed for three days, and the wrong room type was given on the first day. We booked a twin bed but got a king bed. We had to drag our luggage back and forth. Business was really good on the weekend, but the housekeeping didn't keep up the next day, and we didn't tidy up the room when we returned to the hotel at 4 o'clock. The last terrible thing was that when I got home, I unexpectedly found that the hotel had "secretly" deducted $135.44 from my pre-authorization. Now please contact Ctrip to coordinate, they said it was a "deposit", but we all know that deposits are pre-authorizations and will not appear on the bank statement. The room is not big, the facilities are good, the shower is comfortable, and the surrounding environment is clean.
