Great hotel for the price. The rooms are adequate and very clean. The air conditioning is exceptional. Beds are older, but i slept great. Breakfast is okay. The location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We stayed for 5 nights. The staff was exceptional. We were always greeted and asked if there was anything we needed assistance with. I would stay again.

Having already booked the hotel, we arrived mid afternoon on a very hot day, parked in the private car park, walked up a few steps into the hotel and were greeted by the very friendly staff and within five minutes were given an electronic key to our twin room. It was nice and clean and well laid out. The ensuite bathroom and shower was also faultlessly clean with hand and bath towels hanging nicely on the rails. Also a private balcony with two chairs and a table. Room was fully airconditioned with it's own system which you could fully adjust. Small flat screen television on the wall above a writing desk.There are no mini fridges in the rooms. You had to put the smart key in its receptor to switch on the electricity. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide selection to suit anyones taste from fruit to scrambled eggs. The outside pool is big enough for a relaxing swim, there is also a smaller pool for children. The area is nice and realxing with sunbeds available on the grass. Slightly out of town on a main road, it takes no more than ten minutes to drive to the centre of Evora and park. We did the journey in 8 minutes. You do need transport to get into Evora. To walk is too far for comfort. This is my third stay and most certainly will not be my last.

Hotel at the entrance to the city, close to the road but with reasonable soundproofing. Clean room and space. Bath with good pressure. Meet the objective. Good free parking. Accessible employees. Breakfast could improve.

We spent 2 nights at Casa do Vale Hotel. For us everything was great! I only point out 2 details that affected me a little: the light and the noise. Enter, there is too much light in the room as it does not have blinds, and throughout the night, the hallway light is constantly on (I consider it unnecessary, they could include motion sensors). Regarding the noise, you can hear everything in the rooms and the other guests in the hotel made a lot of noise with the doors, in our experience. Otherwise, everything was great, very good AC, great breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff. Great hotel to spend a weekend, great area and has a lot of potential, it deserves some updates.

Very weak hotel and poorly trained employees. The super arrogant hotel receptionist. We were treated very poorly, they didn't make the reservation as scheduled on the app and they wanted us to sleep on the street! A comedy!

I hated it!! I went to rest with my family and we found a super arrogant, rude receptionist (Teresa Mira) who in the first instance only charged for one night, after a few minutes she asked for the rest of the amount but almost accusing us of not wanting to pay for another night! On our last night she was super rude, accusing us of having bad faith, we wanted to take advantage of not paying for two nights... when it was her mistake! In short, a very bad employee! The rest of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is basic! The rooms on the first floor smell like sewage and we had to move to the 1st floor. Anyway, a few days to rest that became very boring because of a very arrogant employee, obviously who we wrote in the complaints book. Not to be repeated!!!!!
