We booked without any issues. Obviously. We were arriving from Lisbon to spend the night there, and not knowing the place, we asked if we could check in at 00:00. THEY SAID YES. Well, when we arrived, there was absolutely no one there. We couldn’t access our room. We spent two hours calling, sending messages, and trying to contact Booking. Surprise, no one attended to us. We spent the night sleeping in the car. This place has incredibly high ratings, but it's just one of the 100 Airbnb spots in the city of Évora that has no problem taking bookings without any time restrictions. Foreigners arrive and book reservations that never happens… because no one ever attends to them. It's a disgrace that they do check-in FROM AN ALE-HOP STORE AND WITH STORE HOURS and have the audacity to rob guests. We are still processing our refund, and THE PLACE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MESSAGES. I truly hope you’re aware of this place and never go there.

Right in the historic center. Great for those who want to visit points of interest, such as the Roman temple, chapel of bones, etc. Very well looked after and pleasant room that would be the envy of many starred hotels.

It's not a Hotel and there's no problem with that. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. Central location just a few meters from Giraldo square. They provided an extra bed for children without charging an additional fee. As it is an old and rehabilitated building, the sound insulation is poor.

For those who want to visit Evora this is a convenient solution as it is in the city centre. Check in takes place in the adjacent Ale-Hop shop. If you travel by car it is a bit inconvenient to carry your luggage as you have to look for parking in the city and the road is cobbled. Consider that to get to the rooms you have to climb a fairly long flight of stairs (there is no lift).
