I'm a little disappointed because I make a reservation and when I arrive at the hotel this is not done but trip com withdrew my money I was only refunded one room from the reservation so I pay 3 reservations but one that I still don't was reimbursed

My wife had a technical conference nearby and this was top rated hotel locally. Good basic room that I could do work from with good wireless internet connection while my wife was at her confence. Bed was fairly comfortable, but room layout was a bit tight with split toilet/shower room configuration. Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. Located very close to the Évry-Courcouronnes trai/bus station and Evey 2 mall and several key universities. Good basic stay.

Two nights for work *** Position *** Quite central and easy to reach *** Garage *** If you have a 500, it is ok, if you have everything bigger, you will have quite some problems in using it. *** Rooms *** Three stars ones... nothing extra but the bare minimum, not even an extra pillow, not a safe, not a fridge... nothing at all Ok, it is a 3 star hotel, so the bare minimum, but at least a safe? Ah, so "green" that no water bottles, but a nice sign that there is a water fountain free to use... ...broken... Heating in the room: sahara level, without possibility to turn it dowm. Trying to do something at the "table" in the room meant that the computer was overheating, and the legs were burning *** Breakfast *** The only warm choice was scrambled eggs... that looked made from powder. The fresh orange juice and the croissanterie, and the madlaines, were quite good though *** Bar *** Sitting for 5 min, nobidy coming to take our order. One of our party went to call for a waiter. That arrived after other 5 minutes... It is a VERY basic 3 star hotel, nothing very good, but lot of places to go eat something around, and easy enough to reach the nationals

Disappointed so much! My family and I have always stay here. Staff seem to have changed and not for the better. I have visited numerous times over the last year and have always been greated with friendly and courteous staff but oh wow, this has changed dramatically. The lady (who is an African or Antillais probably, she wore glasses as well) and who serves the breakfast got mad of me because I served myself some coffee in a disposable cup. I explained the glass cups are not very clean. She was screaming and sputtering. I preferred to get away from her. I noticed if you ask her for something, her facial expression is like "why are you asking me"? There are far too many other places to stay in Evry rather than spending my money with aggressive, rude staff that have a poor attitude! AVOID this hotel !!!!! Shocking customer service... like really really poor. You feel like "you are not welcome ".

Clean, functional, well-positioned, good value.... but why the hurry? Look after the guests you have, not those yet to arrive. We came down to breakfast at 8am on a Sunday and the dining area was already being set out for lunch with only a few tables left for breakfast. We were told sternly where we had to sit. My wife then couldn't find the breakfast bowls; the staff member present was too busy preparing for lunch to help, and pointed my wife towards a cupboard. My son, 16, went up to have a shower at 8.30am to find that his room was being cleaned ... he took a shower in our room, but we had to turn the cleaner away when she arrived at our room. If Saturday night guests are such a problem then close the hotel! I've still given a 4 as otherwise the hotel was fine. The staff were obviously just doing their jobs, but a little more customer focus would not go amiss.

Choose the Steak Tartare for dinner. Not a wise decision as I found out the next day. Heater in the bathroom falling of the wall plus loose skirting board below the shower. Not one of the better Ibis Hotels.

L’accueil de toute l’équipe est chaleureux et exceptionnel, le restaurant est gastronomique, les chambres sont très propres, bien décorées, bien sûr possédant une TV et la Wifi fonctionne bien. Franchement, RAS et rien à dire, je le recommande sincèrement à tout le monde. Sebti Saad
