What a disappointing stay. The trip.com room description stated that on-site free parking was included. However check in staff advised that it would not be allowed. It also stated the room would be serviced daily however no servicing was done. Although tea and coffee supplies was in the room there was no kettle supplied even if it was stated so in the trip.com room description. Same situation with shampoo and soap which was not provided. All these were queried with staff at reception but I was advised that they could. To assist as it was trip.com which made a mistake

Unfortunately, I booked a dorm room instead of an ensuite room. The room was very clean and tidy but lacked a few things, in my opinion. It needs to have a mirror, glasses in the fridge and a microwave.

Just spent 4 nights in one of the studios. Loved it, it's clean and comfortable and very quiet. In the heat the airconditioning works beautifully. Fully equipped kitchen and opposite the tourist bureau so easy to find what to do in the area. Would come back again

Very nice park. Just be aware that you do not want to be put on site 312. This site is right next to the dump point and I mean right next to it. So everytime someone empties their toilet you will hear the bang of the lid opening and an even bigger bang as it gets slammed shut. Sadly also lucky it was on the last night it started to smell really bad. They did offer for us to move but we had already completely set up. Probably the wrong decision.
