RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park

Very pleasant and clean, highly recommend to travellers.

Nice pools and very good facilities, shame it's all dirt and no grass.

Unfortunately, I booked a dorm room instead of an ensuite room. The room was very clean and tidy but lacked a few things, in my opinion. It needs to have a mirror, glasses in the fridge and a microwave. Amenities were excellent.

Very friendly staff went checking in and out of the accommodation. Great facilities for all the family and close to the centre of Exmouth.

Worst caravan park yet on our trip Overpriced with run down bathrooms Have to pay all site costs well in advance but if you arrive early on the day they refuse entry and will NOT tell you your site number till they text you. Although When booking 6 months in advance they still managed to put on opposite site of caravan park. At reception the seem to have well rehearsed script on why they won’t shift site. To top it off other people staying were equally peeved off. Save the hassle don’t support this mob. 0/10

Very large holiday park. We stayed in a cabin with a view of the pool. Unfortunately we encountered a hiccup immediately upon arrival when we were told they had mistakenly given our pre-paid cabin to someone else. I still don't know how that could even happen. Surely their computer would have told them that our cabin was booked and paid for. However they seemed very apologetic and a dinner voucher for Whalers restaurant (a restaurant at another resort) was given as compensation. After about an hour we were finally able to go to our cabin and settle in. It was a lovely, spacious, modern 2 bedroom cabin overlooking the hotel pool. Gorgeous bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very clean. We only stayed the one night but would stay again in the future. We travel up to Carnarvon and Exmouth every May so would consider staying a bit longer next time. It isn't cheap to stay here but I guess you are paying for that touch of comfort and luxury. Car spaces next to the cabins are quite narrow. The pool is popular although not open after sunset. Location is good. On the main road, easy to find. Front desk staff are ok, some more friendly than others. Overall staying here was a reasonably pleasant experience once we actually got in.
