The TV remote control didn't work. The waiter came and told me to stand in front of the TV and it worked. It worked sometimes and didn't work. The room was very small and there was nothing for breakfast.

這兩天剛好下雨，來的有點狼狽，沒有到辦理入住的時間，前台還是幫我看了下，幫我辦理了提前入住，很貼心。服務態度很好，盡心盡力，室內很乾凈，睡覺沒有噪音，很安靜，這很重要。有餐廳，可以吃午飯，也有早飯。一次性用具很齊全，是真的有考慮消費者的需求。很感謝🙏🏻鄂州給我留下了一個很好的印象，有機會再去那裡好好體驗一下當地特色和文化

總體上很滿意。透過窗户就能看到蓮花塔頂，室外風景不錯，稱得上園林式酒店，第二天一大早我們還去看了蓮花塔。衞生條件和服務均很好，電視開始播放有點小問題，但很快就解決了。有歡迎水果盤，很贊！

酒店在蓮花山公園裡麪，從公園旁邊一條小路進去，停車方便。酒店設施不錯、晚上很安靜、睡的很舒服，酒店早飯味道也很好。爬了酒店旁邊蓮花山公園的元明塔，鄂州景色盡收眼底。下次還會再來這個酒店。另外，感謝前台小楊的服務。
