酒店很新，在園區裏面，有早餐供應，品種不算多但能吃飽，比較安靜，便於休息，外賣方便，出去吃也挺便捷，選擇餘地比較大

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。房間設施齊全，從高速無線網絡到各種便利的充電設備，一應俱全，滿足了現代人的各種需求。衞生間也非常乾淨，洗漱用品質量上乘。
酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住和退房手續高效快捷。在入住期間，遇到任何問題，工作人員都能及時響應並妥善解決。酒店的客房服務也很周到，每天都會按時打掃房間，保持房間的整潔。
酒店的餐飲也給我留下了深刻的印象。早餐豐富多樣，口味鮮美，無論是中式還是西式的美食都能滿足不同人的口味需求。餐廳的環境優雅，服務人員態度親切，讓人在用餐過程中感受到了家的温暖。

房間整潔，關上窗也幾乎聽不到外面的聲音。衞生整體來説還是不錯的，常用區域很乾凈，但是不常用到的地方還是會有些許灰塵，比如衣架和掛鈎上。

我們是來旅遊的，計劃連住兩天。當我們要求前台送一些物品時，明明清單上有這些東西，前台卻稱沒有了。我們表示質疑，如果沒有，為何要標註出來呢？能否讓酒店補充貨品並送來呢？然而，前台給出的解決辦法是店長不在，無法操作，此後也沒有提供相應的解決方案。更離譜的是，那些根本沒有送來的東西，APP 上卻顯示已送達完成。此外，入住時房間的電話機損壞，網絡電視也有故障，房間衞生狀況不佳。由於太累了，我們也就沒有追究。我們一直選擇華住旗下的酒店，這家店的情況實在令人尷尬，前台的服務態度也非常糟糕。説實話，無論旅遊還是出差，我們都住華住會酒店，但這次是最差的體驗。之後，我們會向華住會旗下公司反映這次的情況。另外，不要因為品牌做大了，就忽視服務質量。
