The room was ok. The restaurant is extremely dirty and messy. It was already very late when we arrived at the hotel that day. Can't everything be done on a first-come, first-served basis? We were the first to arrive, so we immediately told them to order through Ctrip and gave the order number to the front desk. Then two people came over, so I handled it for others first. Forget it, don’t care. At around 8 o'clock in the morning, the staff went to swipe the key card. They already informed that the room was occupied and they were still swiping the key card. The hotel's handling of the hotel is insincere. Bad attitude

The facilities are old and the breakfast is inedible. If you go out and find a restaurant to eat, the service is almost non-existent. When checking in, the front desk only chats and ignores the guests at all. At first glance, it looks like the quality of a homeless person who has not been trained in a small place. It's not even as good as an express hotel. It's an eye-opener.

酒店非常舒適，環境總體寬敞大方，位置優越，還有會議室和健身房，設備很齊全啊，出行也很方便，網絡舒服很快，前台小姐姐服務也很好，很漂亮，有求必應的，早餐也很豐盛，種類挺多的，總而言之，整體還是不錯滴，下次還會入住！

走進酒店迎接我們的就是前台小姐姐面帶笑容與極好的服務態度，讓轉累的連話都不想多説的我們倍感舒心，忘了問名字了，特別表揚！酒店內部也很漂亮，走出電梯淡淡的花香與歐式的門道，真心不錯！關鍵是春節竟然價位還不貴，早點也很豐富，我們一行幾人有吃餛飩的有吃熱乾麪的有吃粉的，都説好吃。是體驗最好的一家店了，氛圍很好，讓人感覺很舒服😁

這個維也納酒店的服務效率太差了，入住也麻煩，環境一般。和旁邊的全季，對面的蘭茲酒店對比，維也納全是性價比最差的。服務差，門卡掉房間了，叫服務員，半天人不到。大冬天讓客人在門外等半天。

第一次來鄂州！印象超乎意料好！這裏民風温暖和煦，文明之城！入住的維也納酒店，首先性價比很高，房間寬敞，床品乾淨！二是服務很温馨（前台小帥哥給我們升了房，幾位小美女也都是笑容滿面，有求必應）！早餐品種也對得起房價，特別推薦咖啡☕！還有贈送（牛奶蛋糕。建議牛奶裏糖另外附糖包）夜宵！退房還送了實用的伴手禮！！

很好的酒店，入住時還送了一瓶熱的礦泉水，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，細節到位，床墊很舒適柔軟，喜歡浴室，出熱水很快，洗澡很舒服，也不會感覺到冷，前台服務非常好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦。
