Since the hotel is not equipped with a special refrigerated freezer and the catering department has been off work at the time, Xiao Zhou, who was on duty at the front desk, said to open a suite for us, because there is a refrigerator inside, which can specially store needles for us. The hotel also has several projects related to Nanhuai master that have not yet opened.

Wow, it was so cool to stay at the Crowne Plaza Ezhou this time. I was lucky to catch the first day of the hotel's opening. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt like a VIP. The hotel staff were super enthusiastic, as if I was a super star! The room was amazing, big and spacious, and the bed was as soft as a cloud. I almost floated up! Moreover, the shower head in the bathroom had a super strong water flow, which felt like it could wash away all the fatigue on my body. The bathroom toiletries were all international brands. The hotel facilities are also very good! There are so many equipment in the gym that I am dazzled. I don’t know where to start exercising. And the swimming pool is crystal clear with a starry sky ceiling. I really want to jump in and swim happily! However, what makes me happy the most is the hotel’s food. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is so good that I almost swallowed my tongue. I also tried their special desserts, which is simply a sweet paradise! In short, this stay experience is simply great! I don’t even want to go home, haha! However, I still have to thank the hotel staff for giving me such a pleasant stay experience. Next time I have a chance, I will come again! 🤩

酒店建在半山腰上，正好跟黃石東方山對着，風景沒話説，去的兩天天氣很好，詢問了主理人喂喂的建議，訂了穿谷房型，有個超大露台，坐在房間陽台上風吹的很愜意，下山用餐的話，如果帶了長者小孩還是建議開車出行，上山下山還是有點累的，年輕人可以一路走走玩玩，村裡的木溪咖啡可以打卡，環境比較小資，甜品不錯哦，可惜的是沒有碰上岳石洪村市集，下次來一定好好感受一下#早餐提點意見，早餐太一般了，不豐富

The induction system of the hotel door often fails, and every time you enter and exit, you have to repeatedly find the angle at the door, which is especially time-consuming. The shower head in the room is uneven, the water flow is small, and the water temperature is cold. The room was changed later and it was still the same. The air conditioner was noisy when running and couldn't sleep well at night. The zebra curtains have poor shading privacy. I chose this one temporarily on a business trip. The experience is not good. The staff service is good.

Overall very satisfied. You can see the top of the lotus tower through the window. The outdoor scenery is good. It can be called a garden-style hotel. We also went to see the lotus tower early the next morning. The sanitary conditions and services are very good. The TV started to play a little problem, but it was solved soon. The front desk service was warm, the check-in was fast, and I also took the initiative to recommend local attractions. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The details are very intimate, there is free mineral water and charging sockets in the room, the price is very high, I will choose here next time!

I feel that the sanitary condition of this hotel is average, and then the room has no windows, but the air quality is OK, but I feel that there are some defects in the design.
