Horrific experience. No parking as advertised, ending up getting 2 parket tickets. Room whilst spacious was dimly lit and the air conditioning was aloud as a Jet Engine. Food was prison food.

This hotel is a gem, situated right on the seafront in a very nice new area of Hadera. We saw amazing sunsets from our suite, and it was almost as if the sea was right below our room! The staff are welcoming and there is very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent, great breads, plentiful choice of salads very aesthetically displayed, we took half-board and thoroughly enjoyed dinners. We took a walk on the beaches and promenade, the Mul HaHof Village shopping mall is just 2 km away with excellent choice of shops and eating places. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a short and enjoyable vacation.

Jacob’s Hotel is the whole package I was surprised with a killer view from my balcony, clean,comfortable bed and yummy top-coffee, a friendly crew,and and near to many attractions. They made me feel right at home. Hadera’s beachy gem has my heart, and I’m already dreaming of my next visit. 🌊☕😎🇮🇱

We stayed for one night at Jacob’s Resort Hadera for a family wedding. We had booked several suites with beautiful sea views — the location is indeed perfect, though it’s worth noting the hotel does not offer parking. Unfortunately, the experience in my room was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival to my suite (which was highly priced), I went to wash my hands and discovered the towel was full of stains. Soon after, I noticed women’s hair on the couch near the bed. I immediately informed the staff, and while they promised to clean, nothing was done even after two hours. The only action taken was providing me with two new towels, while the rest of the room remained unclean. One hour before the wedding, instead of preparing, I found myself speaking to the hotel manager Jackline and the reservations employee Anton. I showed them photos I had taken of the room, but their response was unhelpful. I requested a different room, but was told I could simply leave without reimbursement. To my surprise, I was even accused of being a “liar,” despite presenting clear evidence. In the end, nothing was done. Before the event, I had to clean the room myself, including removing more hair left behind. The next morning at breakfast, I refused to eat and checked out immediately. For such a high price point, I expected at least basic cleanliness and professional treatment. Sadly, both were lacking.

The property is very old and poor maintained specially bathrooms. The internet doesn’t work at room. Outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast was ok. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel has a beautiful design, and all rooms have a beach view. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The food was tasty and varied enough.
