Just arrived and terrible impact! Air conditioning drain in the shower, bathroom bin full of garbage from previous guests, dusty furniture! It's okay that check in is at 4pm but I expected at least someone at the reception! No comment

Comfortable structure surrounded by greenery but well connected to the main centers such as Fabriano. Pleasant environment and well cared for with a large garden kept with care as the large swimming pool. Abundant breakfast with a discreet choice! Refined welcome and availability in solving: I was able to park my large motorcycle inside even if the road in front is not very busy and allows you to stop in an outdoor space without problems. Nearby there is a service station with a refreshment point and a bar, tobacconist and food shop.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi km dall'ingresso delle autostrade e a soli 10 minuti in macchina da Fabriano. Ho soggiornato per lavoro un paio di notti, e non ho nulla da segnalare, anzi... La camera che mi è stata assegnata molto bella, ampia, profumata e pulita con una bella scrivania per lavorare al pc ( wifi top). Colazione a buffet con un pò di tutto, personale gentile e premuroso. La zona è fornita anche di ristoranti vicini a pochi km, consigliati dalla proprietaria. Qualità prezzo molto buono!!!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per lavoro ma lo consiglierei anche per visitare le zone. Ottima posizione. La camera pulita e profumata, il bagno pulito e con doccia ampia e nuova. Nella stanza ci sono tutti i servizi. Alla reception personale molto gentile e cordiale, mi hanno consigliato anche dove poter andare a mangiare per cena con soluzioni a piedi o con l'auto. Colazione nulla da dire, mi capita spesso di viaggiare per lavoro ed è difficile trovare un buffet con una così ampia scelta.

Ambiente tranquillo e accogliente, camere pulite e spaziose. Servizio disponibile per ogni evenienza. Comodo per le principali mete turistiche, e le principali strade per Ancona o Roma. Giardino bellissimo e curato nei dettagli completo di piscina, lettini e ombrelloni in una cornice verde e luminosa. Siamo stati bene sicuramente torneremo.

La struttura si trova lungo una strada principale ma non trafficata. A 100 mt c'è uno spiazzo non illuminato dove poter parcheggiare l'auto. Il ricevimento è aperto solo in alcuni orari; altrimenti si deve contattare il nr. lasciato sull'ingresso e si vieni forniti di codice per poter accedere. Non c'è ascensore. La ns camera era al primo piano. Piccola ma pulita. Piccolissimo il bagno e purtoppo senza finestra. Abbiamo soggiornato in giorni di piena capienza e forse questo ha inciso sull'organizzazione della sala colazioni. Una sola signora addetta non riusciva a gestire tutto. O i vassoi erano vuoti o i tavoli da pulire.

Bellissimo hotel in stile classico, situato in un palazzo di inizio '900, molto pulito e piacevolmente profumato in tutti gli ambienti, camera e bagno molto spaziosi e confortevoli, con un bellissimo affaccio sulle colline circostanti. La colazione a buffet, sia dolce che salata è varia e abbondante. Il personale, gentile e disponibile, insieme alla proprietaria, cordiale socievole e anch'essa disponibile, creano un ambiente familiare e accogliente. Posizione strategica e tranquilla. Bel posto ,colazione ottima e la cameriera é simpatica,e disponibile La proprietaria é simpaticissima e le camere sono pulite. A guardia della reception c’è il simpatico Leone un cagnolino marrone dolcissimo. Che dire ci ritorneró volentieri…
