Comfy Corner - A Unique One Bedroom with a brand new queen size bed in a room that is bigger than many hotel rooms.We love that it is quiet with scenic views from the private deck. It also has room darkening curtains making it a great place to sleep in. You have your own private entrance and private deck as well. There is a small table and chairs, a luggage rack, and a TV with 30+ over the air channels. There are many things to do in Fairfield Harbour and in New Bern. We have a beautiful golf course and "The Pointe" restaurant on site that is open 6 days a week. Additionally, there are many excellent restaurants in Downtown New Bern as well. There are events in town and in Fairfield Harbour throughout the year. New Bern is a historical town. There is Mum Fest, the Ghost Walk, The Firefighters Museum, The Pepsi Museum and Tryon Palace as well as historical churches and sections of the City, to name a few popular sites and events. There are walking trails and the unit is walking distance to the Fishing Pier. The Marina has a small store and we have a Dollar General a few miles away where you can pick up various items. It does not have a kitchen but it does have a small refrigerator, separate freezer, and a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and tea bags. You can spend a few nights, a week, or longer; but you don't have to spend a fortune! Check in is at 3:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am. Please feel free to ask for extensions of check in and out by contacting me. Whenever no one else is checking in or out, I can extend these hours for your convenience!
