We arrived after hours and our check in was very smooth. Parking spots are available for free at the back of the hotel. The room that we have was room #1 and it exceeded our expections. The room is modern, beds were comfortable, the toilet was very clean. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a stay near Fairy Meadow area.

There were one single bed and one queen bed, and amenities were prepared for 3 people when we were 2 people. Because of that I could use extra towels as a low pillow and it was so helpful for me. There was no window but it wasn’t a problem. I could sleep well!!

The staff here are very warm and helpful. Everyone from the bar, to the accomodation staff were great!
The rooms were stylish and clean. The beds were so comfortable with soft sheets and good quality pillows. Having a USB port next to the beds was very handy.
I highly recommend the mushroom pizza and garlic bread. It was delicious and the bar staff were kind enough to bring it to our room.
I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy the (free) Drag Bingo 😁
The only thing that could have made it better was having a lift in the building as we had heavy luggage and my elderly mom was travelling with me.
Would definitely stay here again (remembering to pack light next time)

The room is large, the kitchen is clean, the dining table and sofa are nice, the two bedrooms are also large, and there are two bathrooms. The master bedroom is next to the balcony, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are not very good at blocking light.

Overall it's OK, there are plenty of parking spaces in the backyard, there is a bar downstairs, and there are Coles and Aldi next to it, which is very convenient. The signs are not obvious, and the navigation can't find it after several turns. The corridor is narrow and there is no elevator, which is not user-friendly if you need to move a large suitcase.
