amenities mentioned were attractive. As we were travelling with our, we booked it 3 weeks in advance. Let me try to give feedback step by step from the time we reached :
1 People at front desk are totally unprofessional. I was trying to reach them as we were running late, noone responded to phone calls. After trying continuously, someone came on phone but have no answer about our booking.
After reaching hotel, reception area looks great nicely decorated.
As soon as we reached rooms, very much disappointed, dark, dampness, uncomfortable beds, smelly linen, dirty toilets, A/c grill missed, layer of plaster coming off from wall because of seepage, remotes battery missing, mosquito in rooms. We had 2 rooms and both were similar in condition. Reported to reception, first they said we are fully booked but then on insisting, showed few rooms but all were similar or worst. We had no choice except staying as we had old parents and rooms were non refundable. Had too many staff but most of them useless and not trained enough.
I think hotel management should take only that much bookings which they can handle. But I m guessing they just want to cash in Kumbh rush.
I will recommend anyone who is booing this property should be prepared for above mentioned issues.
Hope management hire some professional and trained staff starting from front office to room service.
