Premier Inn Falkirk North

On arrival the hotel looked great and was right next door to brewers Fayre which was a bonus checked in without any problems KIRSTY on the reception desk was so helpful friendly and went out her way to welcome us … arriving in the room we were on the 1st floor room was clean (thanks to PAIGE) who left us a wee welcome note there was extra pillows included a fan which was perfect for me. Got a wee Mother’s Day chocolate from the Falkirk team much appreciated overall great wee stay nice wee hotel. Brewers fayre is literally a stone throw away food was lovely staff were amazing and drinks went down lovely would definitely recommend these places can’t thank the Falkirk premier in team enough they go above and beyond to help you with your stay definitely be back

The Premier Inn Falkirk North is pretty much on a roundabout of a busy road and behind a BP garage, but don't let that put you off. It is quiet enough there and once inside, you don't hear any traffic. We only stayed a night as part of trip to Scotland and were heading much further north afterwards. Service was good and the room was absolutely fine. Bed was comfortable as always and there are spare pillows. We asked to borrow an iron and ironing board and one was brought to our room within 15 minutes. We didn't eat breakfast there as we had to head off early.

The perfect hotel and great location for work. Restaurant next door with great food and great service. The staff are amazing, especially kirsten who will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All the staff are super friendly . Couldn't recommend anymore than I have. I've enjoyed staying here and look forward to my next visit

The staff were so friendly at this Premier Inn, couldn't ask for any better! The room was brilliant, just what we were looking for for our night away and a lovely breakfast at the restaurant to top off a great stay. Thank you! There are also lots of things to do nearby which is great

Had to stay here for one night during the last storm as no electricity or gas. Got slapped with a Horizon parking fine- went back to hotel who WILL NOT sort it out. They just gave me an invoice to send to them- still trying yo sort it out. Avoid at ALL costs!

The room felt scruffy and dirty, really put us off using Premier Inns again. Most uncomfortable nights sleep I’ve had , pillows hard like bricks, dust everywhere, hairs all over bathroom, paint peeling off walls, very scruffy room. we wondered if the bedding had been changed
